Stonington Farms Apts, Doylestown (New Hope: apartment complex, to rent, landscaping)

I have a friend who wants to move to Bucks county, preferably the Doylestown or New Hope area. We looked at an apartment in Stonington Farms. Could anyone tell me about Stonington Farms? What are they like to rent from? How was life there? Did they take care of things?

He thought the rooms were a bit too small in the 2 bedroom model. There was a larger model available, but it would be about $1,500 per month. Maybe it was more, I can't remember, but for 2 people, it would be small.

If anyone has any insights or info to share on Stonington Farms, it would be appreciated.

I lived there in the 2 br for a year. It was a nice apartment complex and management seemed to be on top of things. The apartments are a bit on the small side for the price, but they are well maintained. The roads were plowed and the landscaping was nicely done. However, there was a decent amount of college kids living in the complex as the college is right across the street. The walls are pretty thin overall so you may hear some noise from their parties if you happen to get one as a neighbor.
