My family will be moving from Miami to Philly this July. I'm looking for rentals in or near Center City. Northern Liberty, Fishtown, Queen Village, Art Museum are some of the areas that have been recommended to us. What is the best way to find rentals in those areas? I've seen a few options on Zillow and Realtor.com but wondering if it would be best to use a realtor. Any advice? Please private message me if you know of any realtors you would recommend. Thanks!

don't discount using craigslist.com, its remarkably easy and you're not going to pay anyone extra. plus some realtors post on there too so you could potentially find one that way. just search each neighborhood and im sure you will find plenty of options

Padmapper.com - its an amalgamating site that plots on a map listings from craigslist, rent.com, apartments.com, and a few others I think too. A word of caution though I believe it only plots real addresses, so listings on any of those sites that offer only a neighborhood or a block address may not plot at all. There are many, many apts in Center City- don't bother with a realtor unless you are having trouble on your own, for rentals anyway. Good luck.
