Both belong IMO.

Haddon Heights is a great town with good schools.

Haddonfield's downtown is much bigger and it has a train station - but then good luck trying to find a house in Haddonfield for under $300k and good luck being able to afford the property taxes.

Idk about the good schools part, but it's definitely more affordable.

The property (school) taxes for Glenside and Abington can be pretty staggering for homes at any price. You might try North Wales or Lansdale which both have excellent schools, a walkable downtown area, nice houses under $300K with very reasonable property taxes and are quite safe.

A search on Trulia shows property taxes in Abington Twp. to be nearly the same as North Wales
or Lansdale. All could be places for the OP to look at.

is there even a 'downtown' part of Haddon Heights? I thought it was a bedroom community.
