Personally I would say Rittenhouse Square, Spruce Hill, or East Oak Lane.

Wow

Well Society Hill is pretty amazing with the colonial architecture. Rittenhouse for the urban appeal and Chestnut Hill with a rockwellian main street and amazing tree lined streets.

Hard to choose

For pure beauty I might say Chestnut Hill actually

No love for Walnut Hill? that was always one of my favorite neighborhoods, but I haven't been there in a solid 5 years. Did it go down hill?

That's not Walnut Hill... that's just University City. Some might refer to this area as Spruce Hill too.

Walnut Hill is out around Walnut and 49th... and no it is not going down hill, it is going up hill.

It's funny, forever I called that Walnut Hill, I guess because TRS is there. Anyway, the area around TRS is one of my favorite parts of the city.
