my safety comes before anything, so if this is a place where i wont be safe walking to the corner store or standing at a bus stop, i do not want to live there.

if anyone has any experience with this area, please respond with the answers i am looking for, ty.

ps. i tried to google this question a hundred times (at-least) and i did not find any answers.
I would try looking North of Washington Ave or closer to Broad Street like around 17th and Reed

SpotCrime Crime Map
It's no where near the worst section of the city... however, I don't know why anyone would put themselves through living in an area like that. I would never recommend anyone live in a bad area.
