Thanks for posting SummersM. Just found this thread and looked at one of your initial posts discussing the below retailers looking for space. That was 5 months ago and there has been no news of any of these retailers signing a lease. What was your source? Any updates? I think we would all be thrilled to see these retailers land here, just trying to understand progress, likelihood, etc.

Nordstrom Rack
Bloomingdale's
Gucci
Hugo Boss
White House Black Market
Vera Bradley
Forever 21
Michael Kors
Neiman Marcus (possibly)
Burton
Hollister
Charlotte Russe
DSW
Uniqlo
Aeropostale
Ambercrombie & Fitch
American Eagle
Bare Escentuals
Macy's expanding 4 more floors for a total of 7

A European men’s fashion store specializing in tailored suits will open in Center City on April 25.
Suitsupply (1601 Locust St.), which was founded in 2000 in Amsterdam by Fokke de Jong, has 44 stores.
With the Philadelphia store, it will have five U.S. locations, including Atlanta, Chicago, New York City and Washington, D.C. Stores in Denver and Toronto are planned.

Suitsupply has 44 stores, and now five in the U.S. - Philadelphia Business Journal

Hmmm... a new Walgreens, that's strange, considering their store on South Street closed. Also, the Marshalls is a former Staples, is it not?

Wow you outbid me in taking the pic!

The store is very nice! And the salesperson were also well presented. When you first come in, there is a tailor-man on a table with an advanced sewing machine on the left hand side. The only thing I am a bit disappointed is the size of the sign and its location. There was just one SIGN by the top of the entrance; as seen on the picture - and that's it.

ON ANOTHER NEWS:
Does anybody know what happen to PUMA store on Walnut? When I passed by yesterday, the store was completely empty and the sign had been ripped off!
