Hey Asiandudeyo, that awful Acme in Sharon Hill that closed almost a year ago just reopened last week as an Amelia's Grocery Outlet. I know it sounds weird but this store actually has some really gourmet stuff.

Madewell will open a 4,000-square-foot location at 1716 Walnut St., according to Fameco Real Estate, which handled the real estate negotiations.

Jaffe is looking for Walnut Street space for a related store, J. Crew Men.

I heard something about the whole building where the Lacoste store is. It all was supposed to be demolished for something, as was a building in Allentown owned by the same people. Both of these had an Eckerd, later a Rite Aid store in them, that both closed when their leases expired, conveniently in time for the demolition schedule.
