I can see more foot traffic spilling out from Rittenhouse Row.

Does anybody hear anything about the Atantic Building??? Any big box tenants confirmed?
I pray to God that we have Wegmann's and Target...I will be super happy!
Post Brothers are rumored to be in talks with Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus. They are looking for high end retail big box stores here. Target and Wegmann's and the likes will likely open on Market East at some point in the future.

Now if we can have Target, JcPenney and Wegmann's.....HA! That would be awesome!
Don't worry I have my sources... and very credible sources at that

Would like to see a JcPenny somewhere... Target and Wegmann's will probably end up somewhere on Market East like I said before. There was a Target planned for Market East a few years back but the Economy crash killed it.

Wegman's needs too much of a footprint for an urban setting.

I do regret JC Penney's departure from the Gallery ...though I did stock up on their clothes during their close-out sales.
I'm sure PREIT can probably get them back some day.

Summer: WOW>>>so all of these stores...are they going to be in the Gallery? So when will PREIT reveal the plan? After what they did to Cherry Hill Mall, I can say that it would take more than a year for its completion....

I have not checked the site, but it seems that Allen Edmonds store is open already on Chestnut Street? I will check it during my lunch hour (If I am not stuck doing extra paper works).

But when I googled it, this is what I found:
Allen Edmonds - Philadelphia, PA

Alright, I pretend to snub high society and act ignorant, but most of that is because I'm used to a Philadelphia where Urban Outfitters is considered high end shopping. I'm pretty stoked about all of these new high end retailers moving in. This thread makes it seem like Walnut and Chestnut are going to be lined with high end stores from Delaware Ave to Rittenhouse Square. If that's even half true, I'm very excited about this.
