Ugh horrible news. That street is just going to be banks and cell phone stores soon. I hate these landlords.

At least this isn't a net new bank to Walnut St. They are moving from their 1700 block location.

Anybody have any intel on a Serena & Lily Philadelphia store: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Serena-&-...7483ee&start=0

Just came across this job posting, but it doesn't give a location. Sadly, some stores will say "Philadelphia" but end up opening in KOP.
