I'm looking forward to Center City becoming more a unique retail destination. It might be controversial to say this but something like this Insomnia HQ adds more value to Center City than a Tiffanys.

Awesome new use for that space. Though, I had my heart set on a Citizens bank.

Citizens recently opened a new branch in the former Banana Republic space at Broad and Walnut. They wouldn't open another branch just one block away.

I could be wrong but I think that was a joke.

Correct. The fact that there is a Citizens across the street was the joke.

Lucky for you we have Tiffany's and Insomnia.

But yes, and great that Insomnia is moving operations into the city.

And speaking of unique retail, a Lego Store would do really well in CC. The one in NYC is always packed.

Brooklinen and Vans signs are up. The 1700 block of Walnut is looking much better now.
