not to get too far off topic but the best way to see the main line is by railroad. Route 30 is ugly and a traffic sewer, one that penndot thinks is ment for shoving as many cars on as possible as fast as possible.

Those in the know stick to Montgomery Avenue as much as possible.

But what do people on the western Main Line do, where Montgomery Ave doesn't exist? Use 202?

Expect announcements soon too for Kate Spade, Tory Burch and potentially Gucci. Marc Jacobs has been scouting locations as well and many think he will take the old Cosi spot on Walnut next to Intermix.

Source please?
It will be amazing!
Anything to fill out that Cosi space.
If I want to predict from what you said, most likely it will be Kate Spade though if anything. It is the same price-level as Michael Kors. And there is one in Suburban Square already.

Gucci will look awkward by itself. Although if Gucci indeed comes, it will be a sign that soon Moschino, Kris Van Assche, Yohji Yamamoto and Prada to follow suit.
And we will laugh at Burberry's ass for leaving its Walnut location.

I really hope either they choose:
a) Atlantic Building. Across from the future SLS hotel.
b) Lit Brothers Building - it is so damm vacant now. It is so sad.

No online articles yet. I work in real estate and all of my sources are in real estate. I would expect announcements by summer for Kate Spade and Tory Burch. Almost positive Kate Space will to in the old Coach store. Marc Jacobs was outbid for the final spot in 1616 Walnut next to Theory by Santander. Marc Jacobs has been in negotiations for the old Cosi spot. I would expect an announcement on this soon. Gucci is up in the air. I was told They've been poking around and checked out a few locations.

Apparently Burberry's lease was up and Michael Kors was willing to pay more which is why Burberry was booted. I could see them re-entering the Center City market should the right opportunity arise.
