Well BTA,

There is nothing wrong enjoying different kinds of merchandise from super cheap to super expensive, let it be clothing, electronics or tools!
I shop anywhere from KMart to Salvatore Ferragamo and Bang & Olufsen. Which btw, we need Bang and Olufsen here. A good audio store is a must! Maybe somewhere close to Apple store????

And talking about Urban Outfitters, they are overpriced. Their t shirts for example. You can get the same t-shirt, SAME BRAND and ALMOST exactly same design in Target for 1/4 the price.
It's all about smart shopping.

Another thing I think of: There must be some way to advertise Rittenhouse Row to the tourists out there.
Anytime I saw any tourists flocking the Gallery or waiting for the one-hour-long bus ride to go to Cherry Hill, PA :P, I feel bad that they don't realize that there are plethora shopping destinations several blocks away. I am not saying anything bad about the Gallery because I shop in K-Mart and GameStop alot. (I really hope PREIT dont kick K-Mart out once their lease expire)
There must be some way to actually advertise the area!
When there are more tourists coming to the Walnut / Chestnut creating more profits to the stores, I bet more national and international retailers wont hesitant to open stores here in Philly.

Except that Best Buy is dying. That'd be another empty big box to fill in two years.

Ehh brick and mortar electronics shops are a dying breed. As much as I like walking through the aisles of Best Buy, I'm not optimistic about its survival in the long run.
