Get there before 6:30 and you won't wait very long. As I said before, Georgine's isn't haute cuisine and it doesn't attract a sophisticated crowd, but it's amazing comfort food. You really should check it out tonight.

I just went to Georgine's tonight, and as usual, my meal was nothing short of fantastic. Along with my usual French onion soup, I ordered steak au poivre and got what must have been a full pound of meat for $20. It was just as good as many equivalent $40 high-end steakhouse entrees.

you HAVE to stop by Sycamore in Lansdowne. I'm surprised that a fine dining restaurant in Lansdowne is able to stay open for as long as it has considering that many businesses in the area closed down... :-(
