I'm a Comcast customer living in South Jersey.

The local programming created by WYBE was always available to Comcast
customers where I live. I try not think about the increasing amount of money
I pay Comcast each month for a dozen 24 hour shopping channels, golf, food,
celebrity gossip, etc. When Comcast added RT, France 24, and NHK (it costs
them nothing) I decided to continue as a Comcast subscriber. When I first
started watching these three broadcasts, I didn't realize they were provided
by WYBE.

WYBE recently moved to a new broadcasting headquarters in Center City,
Philadelphia. Their website (mindtv.org) says that RT, France 24, and NHK
will be back on the air by Feburary 1st.

Comcast is broadcasting the same MiND TV local programming on four channels!
The proper station ID's are still displayed in the lower corner of your TV screen.
I spoke to a Comcast representative. They said there is nothing technically
wrong with these channels, and they are fully committed to these broadcasts in
their channel lineup.

Comcast suggested I call WYBE. You can try, but none of their menu options
are functional. I tried posting on their forum. No reply.

I have to assume that WYBE is having technical difficulties restoring these
international broadcasts. If anyone knows what's going on, please let me
know. Without RT, France 24, and NHK I'm going to dump Comcast as my
cable provider. 90% of my TV viewing time was devoted to these three
stations. I can't go back to watching those brain cell killing news channels,
like CNN and MSNBC.

Have you checked recently? Although I'm NW of Philly, I have Comcast, and these are all in my lineup, at 263, 264, 265. All the programming is different.
