Hi,
My aunt is losing her house. She said it will be up for foreclosure in May. I am not sure how long after that point she will have to move out. I am not very familiar with the process. But she has two kids – one in middle school and one in elementary. They currently live in the Council Rock school district in bucks county. They also have two dogs.

I am going to help her look for places to rent. I don't know if it's smart of possible for her to buy something? (thoughts on that?)
Does anyone know where she could move in the area (even south jersey), where she could afford a 3-4 bedroom?
I don’t see her budget being anything more than $2000mo (and that is the absolute max, so something cheaper would be better).

It’s important that they have some outdoor space for the kids/dogs, safe, and a good school district.

She doesn’t have the best credit. So I know this will be tough.

Any help would be great, thanks.

I know some folks who rent a townhome in Middletown township for under $2000/month. If she is in Council Rock School District now that would only be a few miles from where she lives currently. The people I know probably have much better credit, though, and I don't think they get 3 full bedrooms...
