Eakins Oval is a little far from Police Headquarters. How far do you expect the police to go?

This creep didn't get the memo about keeping hands off the Asians -

11th and Filbert ... I was at Bar-Ly Saturday and there was a white junkie bum eyeballing people. When he noticed me in the parking lot taking a toke, he turned to come, but stopped when he saw I wasn't alone (a worker from the bar was out back and I gave him a wave). I was ready for him.

There was also an armed robbery at 3rd and Bainbridge around 8:30 Saturday night ... We were just there Friday afternoon (walked from O'Neal's to Famous).

Be careful out there.

Several suspects were detained at the SEPTA station at 13th and Market.

Yesterday 9:45 p.m. - Two men carjacked an Audi at 3rd and Walnut.

Last night in Spring Garden there were two robberies by a group of teens at 17th and Green and 24th and Green.

Twelve shot (four dead) throughout the city. So much for a quiet Monday night.

Wow...

Sensitive question, but clearly this "victim" was involved in something, what was he doing walking around Old City? Did he live there? Dinner? A deal?

Second, the brazenness of criminals is beyond out of control, is this the Wild West?, 27 shells?! And at 3rd & Chestnut?! Leadership should be embarrassed...Any statement?

I see shootings are majorly up everywhere though, Dallas for example is up 30% increase from last year (which was higher than 2019), but I guess seeing this level of crime in one of the cities most desirable sections hits close to home for me.

If Krasner stays in office (reelected) I'm going to say voters really need to evaluate their priorities. Outlaw and him should be shown the door,

The freakin carjackings are really scary. WTF.

Not that all of this isn't. But clearly, the dude in Old City (about a block from me) was involved in some bad sh$t.
