Sad news.

Philly surpasses 400 homicides this year

https://www.inquirer.com/crime/phila...-20210926.html

There are some typical stellar quotes from the Mayer and DA. While I have little hope for our leaders, I genuinely hope this trend starts to subside, this is unacceptable on every level and the excuses are getting old, we cannot blame the pandemic forever.

At least it was in the middle of the night...

I would like to post this and the 400th homicide article in the Facebook group that we mention on here. I am curious to see reactions, attempted justifications, its not that bad comments, etc.

Well, the homicide count as of 9/26 was 404.

There have been 3 additional homicides today, Monday, and there were several shooting victims in critical condition from the weekend.

And the drunken mayor said he will address it on Wednesday

Since Krasner is going to look at data for solutions, which is a bit of an oxymoron given his job is to enforce the law, let's take a look at some real sobering data since he took office:

The (3) full years prior to Krasner taking office:

2015, 2016, 2017: average annual homicides: 290

The (3) full years that Krasner has been in office:

2018, 2019, 2020: average annual homicides: 403

It gets worse...

The (4) years prior to Krasner taking office:

2014, 2015, 2016, 2017: average annual homicides: 280

The (4) years that Krasner has been in office:

2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 (at current rate as of 9/26/21): average annual homicides: 439

Not hard to figure out who and what the problem is here and across the country.

Regardless, the solution in Philly? Krasner in a November re-election landslide...smh

...and Larry ''Waterworks'' Krasner can't figure out why his social policies known as his version of law enforcement aren't working...he's tearing up again about the ''kids''...please dude, you're the main culprit in all of this.

...as our way overpaid Police Commissioner keeps proving that she was hired by Drunken Jimmy to give him progressive cred for a national or Governor run...lol...first black female police commission with no experience...from the heart of ''progressive'' America: Portland.

This all reads as impossible to believe fiction.

CBS news just had a story on the national increase in homicides generally, a record 30% rise from 2019 to 2020, since the FBI began keeping these stats in 1960, and homicides in Philly in particular.

Some local Pastor blamed it on the stresses of the pandemic...smh.

No one ever mentions the open and obvious reason there has been homicide madness since 2020.

At least Krasner & Kenney got rid of the Rizzo Statue and Mural in Italian Market, making black philadelphians' lives immeasurably better.
