2002 subaru, I guess you don't want to bring up the Cosby trial since it's in Norristown.

Sounds more like a lack of impulse and emotional control, than 'business-related.'

Like hyenas .... These losers and the one from the suburbs should be forced to live in a cage together.

I think they should have to put in 1,000 hours of community service helping the mentally challenged.

Why in God's name would they give these kids free SEPTA passes? 'Free' never seems to be good for society. It's bad enough we're feeding them and housing them for free every day so that they grow larger and meaner ...

School dismissals are all around the same time or window of time. That doesn't help anything.

The most disciplined kids seem to be from Roman, Hallahan and String Theory(charter).

Should be an easy fix. Toggle school start/dismissal times. Increase the punishment for fights and after-school illegal activities.

The blatent disrespect for authority is a huge problem. Sucker punching a mentally disabled person, a police officer... whats next a pregnant woman??

Also, how embarassing that this is happening on 15th and Chestnut. I'm sure the guests at the future W Hotel will love it.
