North Philly (21st and Lehigh):

Not shocking that this happened here, that intersection is loaded with junkies, dealers, hookers, you name it.

SW Philly (65th and Dicks):
http://6abc.com/news/man-shot-inside...a-bar/2146453/
The white, blue-collar neighborhood that used to stand there is just a distant memory.

Frankford:
http://6abc.com/news/man-ambushed-an...lphia/2149485/
"If I can't have her, neither can you!"

West Philly (56th and Arch):
http://6abc.com/news/man-31-gunned-d...lphia/2149624/
Seems to be a lot of bad parenting in SW and West Philly ...

Juniata:
http://6abc.com/news/hit-and-run-dri...-park/2148569/
Why do so many of the people in these neighborhoods get mad at the cops for arresting their criminals? I'm happy when the cops make a good arrest in mine.

Kensington (D and Allegheny):
http://6abc.com/news/victim-shot-and...ngton/2149551/
The killer got his target ...

South Philly (6th and Wolf):
http://6abc.com/news/teenager-killed...lphia/2153555/
This area needs to gentrify a little quicker.

Tioga:
http://6abc.com/news/police-human-re...etown/2155942/
I'm guessing a drug-addicted lady of the night is missing.

SW Philly:
http://6abc.com/news/teenage-girl-sh...lphia/2158254/
It just doesn't surprise me that there was a shooting at a cook out that began at 1:30 on a Wednesday afternoon.

Center City (16th and Walnut):
http://6abc.com/news/suspect-sought-...-city/2159681/
Four good people out there ... and one that needs to be put down. I just hope it doesn't up it's game and get a weapon.

South Philly:
http://6abc.com/news/offensive-graff...homes/2159611/
This is the same trash who run through Center City screeching, hating and whining about President Trump and big business. Losers.

North Philly (6th and Cecil B. Moore):
http://6abc.com/news/man-shot-dead--...lphia/2161484/
Shocking.

Olney:
http://6abc.com/news/video-moments-b...urder/2162693/
Here's a good guy, an ex-marine, trying to do the right thing and he loses his life for it.

South Philly (17th and Washington):
http://6abc.com/news/police-search-f...pects/2163908/
Look at these two scumbags, just prowling the streets, waiting for their opportunity. This is why I cross streets ...

I hate that crap ... Too bad the assault victim didn't have something to protect himself. I saw the video - looked like all were white males.

Thanks for the info, and I wholeheartedly agree. I'm not a fan of violence, but there's absolutely no honor among people anymore. Too often, it's multiple poor-excuses-for-human-beings against one innocent person. It's so damn cowardly. I am a huge proponent of pepper spray, among other things, as options for self-defense, even in nicer areas.

Anyway, do you know if the video is publicly available?

There was a lot of gang violence in cities in the 19th century before police were organized and made into municipal entities. Fire "clubs" fought each other physically to get to fires or they would start them deliberately and take credit for putting them out. So, the idea that there was more "honor" among people in the past isn't true. People have always been ruthless, despicable and blood thirsty.

You went back WAY further than I would have... I'm in my 30s. My personal perspective doesn't go back to the 19th century.

I know, right? Just because it was going on then, it doesn't make it any less disturbing now.
