For me, it would depend on if it was an isolated incident or not. If the culture of the building turned 'street,' then no way ... The Northern Liberties murders were personal (actually better for the building that the trash was taken out) and I'm sure this one was, too.

She was involved with a druggie who brought out the crazy in her. Check out her FB page.

I hope this wasn't random, I'm thinking it was a dispute between two homeless people.

Just cruising around NE Philly in their Dodge, putting a gun in people's faces ... Good job by law enforcement in getting these monsters off the streets. It was only a matter of time before they killed somebody, which is what they really wanted to do.

If somebody in the public eye takes a knee, can we have this conversation?

19th and Vine. Yeah some homeless are kinda back near there as the 676 bridges repairs are going forward and the old
Family Court Bldg stays empty. But the Mormon Temple is right there too. I never see any visible security around their buildings.

I don't know if the victim was specifically targeted or what because they didn't say anything about a robbery, just a shooting.

I hope it wasn't random ... although, a neighbor said another neighbor had a gun pulled on him and was robbed two weeks ago. Wolves prowling day and night in this city in all neighborhoods, looking to rob and shoot innocents.
It's a nice little area, I wouldn't mind living there.

It was said he came back outside for something after returning to his girlfriend apartment and never returned. That's when she came outside to see where he was and discovered he was shot inside the car.
