I've never tried pot, but I've done a few drugs in my life time: codeine, paracetamol, aspirin, caffeine, etc.

As a studying psychologist and neuroscientist, "weak" isn't exactly a sufficient answer for me. I know you can dig deeper, Frank! We'll get there one day. Perhaps in your lifetime, even.

Also, Tintin, it isn't our mandatory sentence that you can't post every crime article. This was a moderator decisoin. We're just trying to keep this thread open, unlike the last one.

Can we chill it with the ridiculous conversations and the smart aleck, unnecessary remarks (Looking at you Tintin). Unless you want this thread shut down again, I'd suggest you stop.

84 murders! now post how many SHOOTINGS there have been. There are a lot of people in wheel chairs that have been SHOOT but not murdered. Go to Temple ,Einstein and HUP emergency rooms and ask them how many SHOOTING victims they have saved from being murdered this year. Better yet,ask some fire paramedics if they have seen a big drop in SHOOTINGS. Some people just don`t get it.

I imagine shootings fall underneath the Philadelphia definition of Aggravated Assault with Firearm, like they do typically. If so, those are down 10%, and not all aggravated assaults with firearms would be shootings. Just putting that out there....
