I didn't say getting robbed there was common. I said not that many people walk around there.

You can use it but so many are using it in a way that prevents them being aware of what's going on around them. Why would I want to be in public and not hear or see what's going on around me

Yes. But some negadelphians like to believe these kinds of things are unique to Philadelphia only

Like the whole ATV, Dirtbike thing... they think that only happens in Philly as well.
