I'm currently living near City Ave area and have an interview at Cardinal Health (By the NE Philadelphia Airport). My question is about traffic conditions in the morning and around 3-4pm on I-95 going north (it is 2nd shift). I have two option of getting there: 1) Via Roosevelt Blvd or take the highway (I-95N). Any one here takes these routes daily can offer some insights? Thanks

I-95north in the morning is great - no backups. I-95north in the afternoon is a different story - backups from Ben Franklin to Cottman or Academy usually
