Currently live in Lebanon, where a bunch of our utilities are split out and not the same as NEP.

We're looking into move into a new apartment complex in Malvern, and supposedly NEP covers water, sewer, trash, and electric all into one monthly bill.

Our apartment is going to be 1,112 square feet and I was wondering if anyone would have something similar to what they pay on average per month for their NEP bill. I know it varies greatly, but I'm just trying to crunch numbers and get a feel for what type of disposable income we will have left per month.

Two of us will be living there and it's on the 2nd floor. The apartment complex (Eastside Flats) is going to be brand new with energy star appliances (FWIW to this topic).

Anyone have any advice or similar setup they'd be able to share? Is there a method anyone knows of to try and estimate or project what a monthly NEP bill may run?

Thanks you in advance!
