No, no more cupcakes! I wish that fad would die already ... I make better cupcakes using Betty Crocker. And at a fraction of the cost of what they're charging.

The old Mako's has a "rent" or "for sale" sign on it, it could become anything. I've been going to the Boyler Room (formerly the Blarney South) when I'm down that way. $2 High Lifes.
