This is suburban, but I grew up on the same street and attended the same high school as Silvia Seagrist, the woman who shot up Springfield Mall, killing quite a few people, one being a much loved Obstetrician in our town

Yeah ... that was the one that stood out to me. I was living in the city when he was extradited from France.

18 months he left her body decomposing in a trunk

the gracious Arlen Spector was his original attorney that was able to get his bail reduced

He skipped the country right before his trial and floated around europe for over 15 years before being found in France - then another 4 to extradite him

The apartment was at 34th & Race - so there was a fair amount of media that would swing by during the whole time
