You could say Young & Elway. But Vick is not them.

Fran Tarkenton was never on a Super Bowl winner and he was a very successful "scrambler."

Wasn't Roger Staubach pretty mobile?

On a quick side note, by most accounts looking at the top 5 black QB's of all time, three of them were Eagles. Some even rank Vick ahead of Cunningham, which I can't see.
