Thinking of moving to Grays Ferry. I understand it has its issues but hoping it improves like the surrounding neighborhoods in the next few years. My understanding is that there are good blocks and blocks to avoid. Any input on which blocks are best? Also, think St. Gabes will remain open - I think that could really hurt the area if it closes. Thanks!!

I'd say 30th to 27th, Reed to Morris. I think St. Gabes absorbed another grade school in the last round of closures.
