Have you been here yet? Yes. I used to work in Philly and lived in Delaware. I was much younger and wasn't looking at the city as a parent might.

If buying, are you looking for a house or a condo? How much can you spend? House; $400,000

Do you have a preference of living in a NJ or PA suburb? - Trying to figure out where to go.

Are you married or single? Do you have children? Married; 2 elementary age children
Do you prefer public or private schools? Would prefer public schools to afford more house.
Do you have pets? two dogs
Do you want or need a yard? yes
Are you keeping a car? yes
Do you prefer bustling activity or calm and quiet? quiet but near bustling

What do you want to be closest to?
Work I would prefer not to have a horrible commute, but will be able to work from home two days a week, so commute is negotiable.

Train or subway stations yes if living in the suburbs

Do you want to live with people of a similar age, race, religion or sexual preference or do you prefer a diverse neighborhood? As much diversity as possible. However, I want to be able to walk down the street safely. My husband will be much less tolerant with a higher crime rate.
