Well sure, but nothing new. I won't go there in the summer and I avoid weekends whenever possible--too many tourists. I don't like driving around, and around, looking for parking or waiting an hour for a table in a restaurant. My friends and I had a terrific time when we stayed there one January. We had the B and B to ourselves, all of the shops and restaurants were open. We went over to Lambertville, too. We bundled up and walked for the two days that we were there.

New Hope is a very nice area. Yes, its crowded in the summer, popular suburban gay destination too.

All of the pretty little towns in the area are crowded in the summer, its not exclusive to New Hope.

Love new hope. Bucks county is the best. Any of the surrounding townships are great too. If you got the money, it's a great place to raise a family.

I've watched New Hope change over the past 40 years, so of course I'm going to say I liked it better in the 70's, pre-PA development assault/explosion, but New Hope will always be one of my favorite places, especially in PA
I agree with all the people who say the whole area is great, also

Why waste your time posting this? Without any kind of explanation, your words hold no weight, and you end up sounding like an idiot.........your user name doesn't exactly help with that either.

I really don't care what you like ... I think New Hope is boring, fake (too touristy) and overpriced, you'll fit right in.

I always enjoy the taking the train from Warminster to New Hope. Have also attended a few parties on the mule barge that runs up the canal. Nice town with some good eating spots.
