He doesn't. I've reported him to the mods but nobody seems to care.

Anyway, if you watch the video, the dude is clearly deranged and hopped up on some drug. No sober person takes mace to the face and keeps moving.

Man it's crazy everywhere

You can't just report someone to the mods because you don't like a post they made. I've been banned from other forums because I used to report other people for making posts I found to be annoying/superfluous.

At any rate, your chances of being a victim of crime are slim, but according to this post robberies went up in SEPTA in 2012...I'm not sure if this is still relevant to the amount of crime today, but it's still something to think about:

That's why the mods probably ignored him

We don't have it.

Granted, some of these are streetcar lines, you get the point.

Washington, DC and Toronto do not have it. If Philly gets it, they need to have plenty of police on duty.

Most of the places listed up there do not have 24 Hour subways. Not even London or Tokyo. And a bunch of those places don't even have subways at all.

If it's just about having some 24 hour public transit, then sure Philly has it, like many places do.

But 24 hour subway systems are actually not very common.
