When are you moving? could be anytime (do own a home now that I would sell...)
Where are you coming from? Providence, RI - a great place
Why are you moving? life happens
Where will you be working? not an issue
Have you been here yet? yes, for a few days visit
Will you buy or rent? buy / build
If buying, are you looking for a house or a condo? house or land How much can you spend? prefer to spend between $300-$400K - specifically looking for areas with public water/sewer - and most of all I want to be in a single story on a lake or stream and not RIGHT next my neighbor
Are you married or single? single
Do you have children? no Do you prefer public or private schools? N/A
Do you have pets? not yet
Do you want or need a yard? yes, I want to have a garden in the sun
Are you keeping a car? yes
Do you prefer bustling activity or calm and quiet? quiet quiet quiet
What do you want to be closest to?
Shopping and Basic services (supermarket, drugstore, haircare, etc.) 1
Healthcare 2
Culture (Music, Art, Theatre, Lectures, etc.) 3
Bus, train or subway stations 4
Do you want to live with people of a similar age, race, religion or sexual preference or do you prefer a diverse neighborhood? good, caring, people of any flavor or vintage
Coke or Pepsi? carrot juice

Just think cottage on the water - but not too too far from the city.
If not PA, where do you suggest, and why?

Try Springton Lake (DelCo) and the Cooper River (inner South Jersey) for starters.
