I have been doing some home surfing and have noticed many foreclosures in Bucks County. Was there some outbound movement of a major corporation or something of that Ilk?

I can honestly say that on every other home I preview, I will see a message from ZILLOW that reads "Foreclosures will be a major factor impacting home values in" yada yada zip code. Mainly the PA suburbs that feed Trenton; Jamison, Doylestown, Perkasie, Warminster, Holland et al..

Any thoughts?

Many folks in the upscale developments in Bucks work in large pharma companies in PA and NJ -- MANY of these companies have had hundreds/thousands of layoffs in recent years. People hold on to the house as long as they can, but for some older/more expensive employees, reemployment is a challenge.
