Is it possible to bike (or walk/run) up to Doylestown using the bike route along (parallel to) 202 from say the Montgomeryville end? Or does it make an abrupt end close to Doylestown, and difficult to get up to Doylestown? Thanks for your inout.

Looks like the trailhead is right before the 611 cloverleaf. You can get off at the trailhead and bike/walk into town (as some in the reviews have done. The trail website doesn't seem to have been updated since the parkway opened.

This map shows where it ends on New Britain Rd. and how to get to State St., into Doylestown.

Google 202 Parkway Trail for more info.
