may move to Philadelphia which area is good for family? two young kids, one autism and one nt?

I just moved to Manayunk and am very happy with my choice. I have a three year old little girl who is about to start school and I am going to send her to catholic school or private school. Great thing is Manayunk is only a few minutes from the main line so there is an awesome choice of schools. Also the area is amazing, we can walk to the park, the stores, etc.

I would predict that the suburban school districts would be better equipped to help your autistic son than the Philadelphia School District. Others here more knowledgeable will hopefully expound on that.

I think Doylestown and Bucks county area have autism programs, and their schools are good.
