My daughter and some friends will be attending a concert at the stadium where the Eagles play (Lincoln Financial Field, I think). I'll most likely be waiting in my vehicle in the parking lot during the concert. My question is, what is the parking lot like? Is it a fairly safe area? Well lit? Are there restrooms? Is there anything within a short walk that I could do - restaurants, movies, etc.? I've never been there and it's hard to tell from Google and other maps what might be nearby or within the parking lot. My greatest fear is having to use a bathroom and there not being one available! Is there one near the stadium that I could use without a ticket?

There will be one portable toilet for every 10,000 people or so. Just **** between vehicles, preferably two vans. Almost seriously.

Fairly safe, but incidents do happen, almost all involving alcolhol. Xfinity Live is nearby and that has restaurants. McFadden's in the ballpark across the street is usually open. Some of the food at Xfinity live is pretty good, but most stuff including McFadden's is ballpark/arena type of stuff if you know what I mean. Worth checking out at least once. Bring lots of money.

Thanks, Fern Rock. I had my daughter to a similar concert in Hershey last year and there were other parents in the parking lot. It was kind of like a party outside the stadium. I imagine it will be similar at this event. I'm just not as familiar with Philly as I am with Hershey. I spent some time at Chocolateworld while I was at Hershey last year. I'm definitely NOT a city person, so you've put my mind at ease somewhat. Thanks again!
