I'm considering a job in Kennett Square but want to commute from Pottstown/ Limerick. What should I expect for a commute time and traffic conditions ?

Any reason you're set on Pottstown? That is an hour commute without traffic. 202 and 100 routinely have tons of traffic jams. There are some back ways to get back and forth like 842 and such, but I don't think an hour commute is ideal in any sense of the word

I have family in that area. Alternatively I could look down near lionville, eagle or coatesville and take 82 if traffic is better that way

Thanks

I am currently in Frederick Maryland and my company is moving to Reston so I am looking at at least an hour or more one way drive every day. I agree, not ideal but wanted to get some feedback from people who are very familiar with the drive to Kennet square before I pulled the trigger.

Thanks

Not to pile on, but I don't think you could do that commute everyday without serious quality of life issues.
