What are the chances and options for someone on Disability ($1,600/mo.) to get a decent apartment or a share with a professional or older woman in Delco? I would like to go back to Broomall, where I resided in 2012.

I need 1st floor, handicapped accessible, near the bus, and that will welcome my sweet, 2 yo Cocker Spaniel.

I was put out of work in 2007 at 46, with cancer. 7 years clear and it just came back. I am metastatic and miserable. Need to get some good Pall. Care going.

Maybe, I'll get two more years of life. Don't want any nonsense, just piece and quiet for my time left; especially on the bad days.
