I was wondering about the townhomes in this complex, they are very affordable which raises some instinctive suspicion, Of course. First let me explain my situation a bit. I am a Single mother with Section 8. Before I get judged and zoned by this red flag, let me explain I recieved the voucher due to immediate evacuation from my former home mhattan due to fire. I loved this apartment near everything rent-controlled nice community etc. My daughter still goes to the school in the area ( Talented and Gifted Program). I could not afford the rent in the city so I thought it was a blessing I recieved the emergency voucher. However, I soon became aware of the class discrimination placed on individuals with the voucher. Landlords do not want "these kinds of people" in or on there properties. I work fulltime, go to school part-time and my daughter is well behaved. Is it possible for us to live in a nice community with a school my daughter does not have to get bombbarded with gangs. Currently I live in brooklyn desperately seeking a way out. I have also investigate Northern Va. around the DC area which is extremely expensive. note: I put a transfer for these two areas based on the offices my job has. Also have some family in both areas.

Any information you might have will be greatly appreciated.
Oh my daughter is going into middle school.
