Hello all,

We're looking for suggestions on family-friendly suburbs with a short commute (ideally 30 minutes or less) to the Navy Yard in South Philly. We're a single-income family and would like to find something under $250k and are open to condos/townhouses/rowhouses/etc. We're currently in Manayunk, but are considering moving to the suburbs for better schools, easier parking, and a little more space. Open to PA/DE/NJ - not sure where to start.

Thanks for any input!

Easy commute over the Walt Whitman Bridge - Collingswood, Audubon, Oaklyn - all in your price range.
On the PA side, perhaps Ridley Park? Not so familiar.

Ridley Park, Brookhaven in Delaware County would work.
