Comcast's business plan is to acquire TWC and then shed some subscribers to come under the 30% of the total number of paid TV subscribers.

What is there fall back position? Is it to acquire one of the smaller cable companies, or to just give up.

Total subscribers
1 COMCAST 22,400,000
4 Time Warner Cable, Inc. 12,250,000
7 Cox Communications, Inc. 4,540,280
8 Charter Communications, Inc. 4,158,000
