Does anyone have any personal opinion of them? I'm thinking about relocating back to Philly (originally from Port Richmond area) and have lived in Florida the last 6 years - ready to return to the real world I definitely need to live in Center City and I recall PTP was pretty decent when I worked in town years ago. I'm 32, single, and female if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any comments or other suggestions too!

Definitely not. The place has changed. Rats, roaches and free parking if you are lucky enough to win the lotto every day. The management sucks. Oh the people that get you in the door are great, then they hand you off to people like Mary, Ebony who will eat you alive and charge you for everything you can think of.

Good luck with your search.

I must say the Ben Franklin Parkway is a shadow of what it should be and those hideously designed Park Town Place towers are a big reason why. Isnt it about time that those towers start to get phased out and something better takes their place?

The Parkway itself is entirely too wide, too autocentric.

The buildings were recently updated including new windows. Unless your a fashion victim there is nothing wrong with the architecture and the oversized rooms are flooded with light from the wall to wall windows. Still I would shop around since there are so many better (more convenient) located buildings and the rental market has softened a little in the last year. Try www.4wallsinphilly.com
