Hi,
I am planning to move to Philadelphia to start my new training at Drexel. Looking for apartments in Center City. Could you please advise if you are familiar with any of them?
Thank you!

how much do you want to spend and how much space do you need. And where exactly is your work.

Less than 2000 and need 1 BR. The Hospital is at N broad street.

You could try 1500 Locust. You might get a smaller apartment for under that. Go as high up as you can afford, and avoid the 15th street side if you can.

Anything walkable would be nice. Alternatively anything along the Market or Broad Street subways would be pretty easy as well

These are the best apartments in downtown Philly in my book. A lot of the other ones are old, have infestations and charge the same amount. A friend of mine lives above the BOA, spent quite a lot of time there and I like them a lot. Modern, hardwood floors, in good condition. Not the best for natural light though.

You are talking about Hahnemann, right?
