Tried that. They seem to reflect the same level of expertise found in the general "government employee" sector of the City of Philadelphia.

Lol.. I actually had a surprisingly easy time at the DMV on island ave last winter. The one I use to go to on Columbus ave is gone though. I think the post office is still open (not for center city) so I assume the DMV would be too.

But, the DMV is PA DOT not the city.

Does anyone know If cell phones will be permitted for the Mass on Sunday? I would really like to take pictures.

They supposedly beefed up service in the area so hopefully yes.

of course. At that, AT&T and Verizon spent $50M upgrading our system so that reception doesn't get disrupted.

Wire network gets upgrade but still may not bear pope traffic

As the article points out though, Cellphones always act up in large crowds.
