If there was a carbon monoxide leak that wiped out everyone in that building philly would be a much better place.

Seriously, though, would Philly be better off losing thousands of working taxpayers? I'd bet most of the people there used personal or vacation days to attend this event. Afterwards, many of them spent money in the city.
