I didn't want to threadjack other peoples "What Philly suburb . . . . ?" threads, so I am starting this one. Because I am again looking myself, I found this article interesting in a morbid/funny sort of way:

These Are The 10 Worst Philadelphia Suburbs – RoadSnacks

Half-hearted clickbait at its finest. Bonus points for being written by someone who's comically unfamiliar with Philadelphia ("Yinz?" Really?).

I thought Doylestown was very wealthy. And at first I thought they were getting Lansdale mixed up with Lansdowne. How about all the outside neighborhoods in Delaware County, if they are even considered suburbs. OK Drexel Hill - part of Upper Darby - was mentioned, but I can think of crummier places in that area than that. Colwyn, Collingdale, Yeaden, Darby. I'm in Bucks County and the places here I would list off hand would probably be the areas closest to the city border - Cornwell Heights-Eddington, Andalusia, Bristol, Croydon, parts of Bensalem. Morrisville is not really a nice place either, across the river from Trenton.

Joke of an article. Take it with a grain of salt.

I saw people post links to this on FB and I couldn't tell if it was literally a joke trolling readers. Doylestown? Conshohocken? Media? Willow Grove? I could see arguments being made that they're some of the best suburbs for a variety of reasons.

Saying that Conshohocken is a place around Philadelphia that needs a "pick-me-up" is hilarious considering the massive residential and office development there.
