Are there any specific neighborhoods with sidewalks in Radnor area? Do kids mostly bring their bikes to a park to ride them? Is there a biking trail?

Pretty much anywhere near downtown wayne. As you get farther away, the less sidewalks there are. And yes. There is a biking trail. The Radnor Trail, which runs from Radnor Chester Road in Radnor to the Wawa in Strafford/Wayne.
