Yes, the Sixth Sense did film in the 2100 block of Green St. The neighborhood is Fairmount.

That's hilarious! I used to know someone who lived in an apartment at 22nd and Green, and my first thought when I looked at pics 1 and 2 was, 'Geez, that could be anywhere,' while my second thought was, 'Actually, kinda looks like 22nd and Green.'
