They've been in that spot next to the Y literally as long as I've been alive (though under a different name at one point) so maybe they were grandfathered in. I'm not aware of any other bars/restaurants with booze licenses within town limits.
North of Marshall is Upper Darby, but I think they still use the Lansdowne post office.
