Be weary on which side of the Schuylkill River you're on. Almost all river crossings will be congested in the morning (except on the 276 tollway).

Living in Conshohocken, you will need to cross it to get to Phoenixville.

Conshohocken is a monster commute for the spouse working in Bensalem. Best to plant yourself somewhere in the middle.
